HOW TO ENTER
Between 12:00 am CT 12/01/2022 and 11:59 pm CT 12/31/2022, users will earn one (1) entry for redeeming a Special Offer in the Fetch® mobile application, and can earn up to three (3) total entries into each weekly sweepstakes. Contestants will be notified of qualifying receipt entry on the following dates:
- 12/1-12/7 Sweepstakes (notified by 5pm CT on 12/9/22)
- 12/8-12/14 Sweepstakes (notified by 5pm CT on 12/16/22)
- 12/15-12/21 Sweepstakes (notified by 5pm CT on 12/23/22)
- 12/22-12/31 Sweepstakes (notified by 5pm CT on 1/4/23)
Three (3) entries will be awarded to users who send a hand-addressed postcard to Fetch during the above dates: Fetch, Inc., Attn: Fetch Unwrapped Sweepstakes, 300 S Riverside Plaza #800, Chicago, IL 60606. Contestants who redeem the special offer are not eligible for the mail-in entry option. The mail-in entry is a no-purchase necessary alternative.
ELIGIBILITY
Open to residents 18 years of age or older of the 50 United States and D.C. The officers, directors, and employees of Fetch, Inc or any of their affiliates, and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited by law. A valid Fetch user account is required.
DRAWING
Sweepstakes and points schedule:
- 12/1/22-12/7/22: Fifty (50) users will receive bonus points in the amount of 20,000 Fetch points. Points will be awarded on or about 12/9/22 at 5pm CT
- 12/8/22-12/14/22: Fifty (50) users will receive bonus points in the amount of 40,000 Fetch points. Points will be awarded on or about 12/16/22 at 5pm CT
- 12/15/22-12/21/22: Fifty (50) users will receive bonus points in the amount of 60,000 Fetch points. Points will be awarded on or about 12/23/22 at 5pm CT
- 12/22/22-12/31/22: Fifty (50) users will receive bonus points in the amount of 80,000 Fetch points. Points will be awarded on or about 1/4/23 at 5pm CT
Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. All winners will be notified and awarded points through an InApp message via their Fetch apps.
By entering sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Judges, which shall be final in all matters. By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold Fetch Inc., its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and assigns harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use or redemption of prize. Acceptance also constitutes permission to Fetch Inc. to use winner’s name and likeness for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. Fetch Inc. and its affiliated companies will not be responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or prize notices or for any typographical, or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or announcement of the prize. In the event of any such error, Fetch Inc. reserves the right to request that the Judges modify this sweepstakes in a manner deemed reasonable by the Judges, at the Judges’ sole discretion. All federal and state laws apply.
PRIZE
Total prize package value is approximately 10,000,000 Fetch Points. Points can only be used in exchange for Rewards and have no other use or value, per our Terms of Service. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prize is permitted, except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Any and all federal, state and local taxes on the prizes, and any other costs, fees, and expenses not explicitly stated herein as being awarded, are the sole responsibility of the winners.

Submission of an Entry and any prize notification documents constitutes your consent for Fetch, Inc. to obtain, use, and transfer your name and address for Sweepstakes administration purposes. Any information provided by you for this Sweepstakes shall be used only in a manner consistent with the consent given by Entrants at the time of Entry, with these Official Rules, and is subject to Fetch, Inc.’s privacy policy located at: If you are verified as a Winner, your first name, last initial and state will be included in a publicly available winner’s list.

DISPUTES
Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, other than the administration of the Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by a court having competent jurisdiction located in the state of Illinois, U.S.A.; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will registrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and registrant hereby waives all rights to, claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
