If you are unable to find an answer to your problem within the Help Center, you can reach out to our Customer Support Team for assistance!
To submit a ticket in the app, go to the Account tab and select the Help Center option. From there, select Contact Us, and proceed with providing the requested information so we can assist you.
If you ever run into issues submitting a ticket to the Customer Support Team via the in-app messenger, or you are unable to access your Fetch app to submit a ticket, you can reach us via email at the address, support@fetch.com. When doing this, be sure to include the email address associated with your Fetch account along with a description of the issue you are experiencing.
