HOW TO ENTER
Between 12:00 am CT 07/17/2023 and 11:59 pm CDT 08/13/2023, users who redeem at least TWO offers from our back to school collection will earn one (1) entry into the Feast Week Sweepstakes. Contestants will be notified of qualifying receipt entry on or about 5:00 pm CT 8/18/2023. One (1) entry will be awarded to users who send a hand-addressed postcard to Fetch, Inc., Attn: Fetch: Back To School Sweeps, 1616 2nd Ave South, Birmingham, AL 35233. Mail-in entries must be received by 11:59 pm CT 08/13/2023. Contestants who earn their entry via app are not eligible for the mail-in entry option. The mail-in entry is a no-purchase necessary alternative.
ELIGIBILITY
Open to residents 18 years of age or older of the 50 United States and D.C. The officers, directors, and employees of Fetch, Inc or any of their affiliates, and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited by law. A valid FetchÒ account is required.
DRAWING
Users who successfully redeem at least two offers from our back-to-school collection will be sent a confirmation entry message on or about 5:00 pm CT 08/14/2023 via inApp notification. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. A random drawing will be conducted on or about 5:00 pm CT 08/18/2023. All winners will be notified through their Fetch application via inApp message. By entering sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Judges, which shall be final in all matters. By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold Fetch Inc., its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and assigns harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use or redemption of prize. Acceptance also constitutes permission to Fetch Inc. to use winner’s name and likeness for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. Fetch Inc. and its affiliated companies will not be responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or prize notices or for any typographical, or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or announcement of the prize. In the event of any such error, Fetch Inc. reserves the right to request that the Judges modify this sweepstakes in a manner deemed reasonable by the Judges, at the Judges’ sole discretion. All federal and state laws apply.
PRIZE
Fifty (50) users will each receive one hundred thousand (100,000) points in their Fetch app. Each winner will receive one (1) prize of one hundred thousand (100,000) points. Total prize package value is approximately $5,000. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prize is permitted, except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Any and all federal, state and local taxes on the prizes, and any other costs, fees, and expenses not explicitly stated herein as being awarded, are the sole responsibility of the winners.

Submission of an Entry and any prize notification documents constitutes your consent for Fetch, Inc. to obtain, use, and transfer your name and address for Sweepstakes administration purposes. Any information provided by you for this Sweepstakes shall be used only in a manner consistent with the consent given by Entrants at the time of Entry, with these Official Rules, and is subject to Fetch, Inc.’s privacy policy located at: If you are verified as a Winner, your first name, last initial and state will be included in a publicly available winner’s list.
WINNER LIST
The fifty (50) winners will be notified via inApp notification on or about 5pm CT on 08/18/2023. For a winner list, where required by law, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope no later than thirty (30) days after the end date of the Sweepstakes to: Fetch, Inc., Attn: Back To School Sweeps - Winners List, 300 S Riverside Plaza #800, Chicago, IL 60606.

DISPUTES
Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, other than the administration of the Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by a court having competent jurisdiction located in the state of Illinois, U.S.A.; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will registrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and registrant hereby waives all rights to, claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
