What Should I Do if an App I Downloaded Isn’t Showing Up Under In Progress?

Fetch Play - Apps is currently in beta and only available to certain users at the moment. The feature offers new ways to earn points by completing tasks in a variety of apps.

 

Wait a couple of minutes and refresh the page. It’s possible the app is still downloading and needs additional time to appear under the In Progress section.

 

If the app is fully downloaded but still not appearing, launch the app and return to the In Progress section to see if that resolved the issue. 

 

If the app still does not appear, please ensure:

  • You've never downloaded the app in the past
  • You're using the same device the app was downloaded on through Fetch 
  • Tracking/data usage is enabled for Fetch and your app
  • You’re not using a VPN (Virtual Private Network) or private browser
  • You have a strong mobile network or WiFi connection

If your app is still not appearing in Fetch, contact our Support Team at support@fetch.com. Include the name of the missing app and we'll investigate.
