How do I check the status of a referral?
To view information on your referrals, please open the app and tap on the Me tab, located on the bottom right of your screen. From here, tap Refer a friend and then select My Referrals found towards the top of the screen.
Here, you'll be able to see all the users who have entered your referral code. Referral points will be awarded once the new user snaps their first receipt! For new users who have snapped their first receipt, you will see the date of the first snap beneath the text, Successful first scan. If you do not see a date listed there, but rather the "Nudge 'em" option, that means they have not yet snapped their first receipt. You can send them a gentle text reminding them to do so by clicking "Nudge 'em".
After the first receipt snap, that new user's referral status will change from Pending to instead display the number of referral points you received for referring them! Referral points are added directly to your account's overall point balance. Please note that referral points are awarded based on when the user enters your code, not when they snap their first receipt.
If you do not see a specific person listed, it means they have not yet entered your referral code, or they may have entered the incorrect code. In that situation, we are unable to make any manual adjustments to that - our most sincere apologies!
