What can I do if I run into errors with my eReceipts?
If you come across an error stating that there are issues pulling up eReceipts, please try again later that day. Our development team keeps a close eye on the feature, and when there's an error, we work quickly and diligently to get it back up and running.
You can try to scan for your eReceipts periodically over the next 24 hours. If the problem persists after 24 hours, please let our Support Team know and include screenshots of any error codes you are encountering when you try to scan for your eReceipts.
