How to Add a Friend

When you add a friend, you will be able to see your activity within Fetch and they will be able to see yours. Activity that will be shown includes the points earned from receipts, rewards redeemed, and friend connections!

Tap on the Social tab shown on the bottom navigation bar
Underneath the Feed section, tap on the Find friends on Fetch search bar
Enter the email address that is associated with your friend's Fetch account, then tap Find a friend to search for them
If there is a user that is associated with the email you entered, their account will appear on the screen. Tapping Request friend will send a friend request to that user
Once the friend request is sent, the status of the request can be viewed in the Feed section of the Social tab

Now all that is left to do is to wait for them to accept it!

How to Remove a Friend

When you remove a friend, they will not be able to see your activity within Fetch anymore. They will be removed from your friends list and they will not show up on the monthly leaderboards.

Tap on the Social tab shown on the bottom navigation bar
Tap on your profile icon in the upper, left-hand corner of your screen
Now that you are viewing your profile, tap on the friends list icon and locate the friend in your friends list that you would like to remove
Once you tap on the friend and are viewing their profile, tap on the three dots in the upper, right-hand corner of the screen and select Unfriend

If you were friends with someone at the conclusion of a month when the Leaderboard was finalized, but you later removed that friend, they will still appear on that past month's leaderboard (though they will not appear on any future month's Leaderboard after you unfriend them). You can always reconnect with that user at any point in the future!
