Changing the Language of Your App
Note: If you’d like to view this article through a web browser in a different language than what you are viewing it in now, you can tap on the language option at the bottom of the screen and select your preferred language. If you are not seeing this option, you may need to zoom in/out in your browser window to see it.
Fetch is proud to offer the app in both English and Spanish languages for our users! If you are seeing the app in a different language than you would like, this article will offer steps you can take to switch the app over to your desired language.
For iOS users:
First, please ensure your app is updated to Fetch iOS version 2.70 or later. You can do this by checking the App Store for any updates. If there are no updates for Fetch, proceed with Step 1!
Step 1:
Open your device's Settings and tap on General.
Step 2:
Tap on Language and Region.
Step 3:
If you want your app to be displayed in Spanish, but you do not see Español listed as an option under a section titled Preferred Language Order, then you will want to tap Other Languages…, select Español, and tap Change to Spanish (US). You can choose any other variation of Spanish to fit your preference as well.
- This will change your device language to Spanish, but that can be reverted after this step is completed.
- If Español is already listed under Preferred Language Order, you can skip to Step 4.
Step 4:
Return to the main Settings screen and scroll down to select Fetch.
Step 5:
Under Preferred Language, tap Language, and then select the language you want Fetch to be displayed in.
Once these steps are complete, please close out of the Fetch app if you have it open, and then reopen it to see the app in your desired language. If you do not see it in your preferred language(English or Spanish), try the steps once more or reach out to our Support Team: Customer Support Contact Information
For Android users:
First, please ensure your app is updated to Fetch Android version 2.69 or later. You can do this by checking the Google Play Store for any updates. If there are no updates for Fetch , proceed with Step 1!
Step 1:
In Fetch, tap on the Me tab and select Settings.
Step 2:
Open the Language Selection menu and tap on your preferred language you'd like the Fetch app to be displayed in.
Once these steps are complete, please close out of the Fetch app if you have it open, and then reopen it to see the app in your desired language.
