Verifying Your Device
Any device you’d like to use Fetch on must be verified. Device verification improves the security of your account and rewards. Once verified, you’ll be able to redeem rewards and access other features in the app.
How to verify your device
- Go to your Account tab.
- Follow the steps to send a verification email.
- If you don't receive the email, tap Resend email. It may take a few minutes for the email to arrive.
- If you're still having trouble, check your Spam, Junk, and Promotions folder. The email will be sent from fetch@e.fetch.com.
- If you don't receive the email, tap Resend email. It may take a few minutes for the email to arrive.
- Open the email and tap Yes, verify this device.
Once that is complete, you're good to go!
