What is Fetch Shop?
Shopping online, but it actually pays off. With Fetch Shop, you can earn points on the stuff you’re already buying from your favorite retailers. No extra steps. Just start in the app and shop like you normally would.
How it works
Open the app. Tap the shopping cart. Pick a store. That’s it.

Where can you shop?
Plenty of places you already know. Browse the full list anytime in the Fetch Shop section of the app and see where your next order can earn.
When will points show up?
Not instant, but worth the wait. Timing depends on what you bought:
Meal delivery or rides → about 1–3 days after completion
Travel → up to 60 days after your trip
Retail purchases → up to 90–120 days
Once everything’s confirmed, your points land. More information on when your points will be awarded is found in this article.
Do you need a receipt?
Nope. Your points track automatically when you shop with Fetch Shop.
Got an eReceipt? You can snap it for extra points, but it’s totally optional.
Missing points?
A few things could be going on:
The purchase didn’t start in Fetch Shop
Something interrupted the connection during checkout
Your points are still processing
