What is Fetch Shop?

Fetch Shop allows you to shop online at popular retailers and earn points on every dollar you spend on eligible items. It all happens right in the Fetch app.

How do I use Fetch Shop?

1. Tap the Fetch Shop tab at the bottom of your screen
2. Select the online store you want to shop at
3. Purchase non-excluded items
4. Receive points within 90-120 days after purchase

Where can I shop? What items are eligible?

Fetch Shop features several popular online retailers you can earn points from. View all retailers in the Fetch Shop section of the Fetch app.

You'll only earn points on eligible items. Once you select a retailer, tap View excluded items to see which items won't earn you points.

When will I get my points?

Points from Fetch Shop purchases aren't awarded instantly. They can take longer to process and vary by the type of retailer:

• • Meal delivery/ride-share services: 1-3 days after order is completed
  • Retailers: Up to 90-120 days after transaction
  • Travel services: Up to 60 days after trip/stay is complete

Do I need to scan a receipt to earn points from Fetch Shop?

Nope! While you can scan an eligible eReceipt from a Fetch Shop purchase to earn additional points, it's not required.

Points from your Fetch Shop purchase will be awarded after the pending period even if you don't scan in the eReceipt from the purchase. No receipts are needed to earn points!

I'm missing points from Fetch Shop

There are a few reasons why points may be missing:

• • Purchase was not completed through Fetch Shop
  • Connection between Fetch Shop and purchase was broken
  • Items purchased were on excluded items list
  • Points are still processing and will be awarded soon
