Fetch Play - Apps Overview

Fetch Play - Apps is currently in beta and only available to certain users at the moment. The feature offers new ways to earn points by completing specific tasks for a variety of apps. 

Getting started

To get started, tap the Play tab, select the Browse button for Apps, and follow the instructions to Allow Tracking to get points for completing the tasks. You only need to do this once!

Earning points

Enable App Tracking to ensure you get points for completed tasks. App Tracking communicates with the installed apps to verify that tasks have been completed. Please also ensure that you are not using a private browser. 

Once you’ve completed the these instructions, tap on the Browse button for Apps in the Play tab to view the list of app offers. To earn points, tap on an app offer and follow the task instructions. Once you’ve completed the required tasks, you’ll get your points. 

If you’ve downloaded an app in the past, you’re not eligible to earn points from that app, even if you re-download through Fetch. 

Returning users

To view points you’ve earned from Apps, tap the Play tab located in the bottom navigation. 

From the Play tab, tap the Browse button for Apps to see both new and in-progress offers. 

Missing points

If you're having trouble earning points, close and reopen the Fetch app and wait a full 48 hours. If you're still missing points, contact us at support@fetch.com and include the name of the app that you’re having problems with.
