What Should I Do if an App I Added Isn’t Showing Up Under My Apps?

Fetch Play - Apps is currently in beta and only available to certain users at the moment. The feature offers new ways to earn points by completing tasks in a variety of apps.

 

Wait a couple of minutes and refresh the page. It’s possible the app needs additional time to appear. If the app is fully added but still not appearing, launch the app and return to the My Apps section to see if that resolves the issue. 

 

If the app still does not appear, please ensure:

  • You've never added the app in the past
  • You're using the same device the app was added on through Fetch 
  • You’re not using a VPN (Virtual Private Network) or private browser
  • You have a strong mobile network or WiFi connection

If your app is still not appearing in Fetch, contact our Support Team at support@fetch.com. Include the name of the missing app, and we'll investigate.
