Issues with Fetch Merch Orders

Having problems with a Fetch merch order? Here are some solutions.

Wrong item received

If the item you received isn't the same as what you ordered, please reach out to our Support Team at support@fetch.com.

Item status is delivered, but you have not received it

Carriers sometimes mark an item as "Delivered" once it's loaded onto a truck, even if it hasn't been dropped off at your address. Please allow 48 hours once an order status is changed to "Delivered", as it's likely your order is on the way!

Item returned to sender

If you haven't received an item after a few days of it saying it was delivered, it's possible the carrier had problems finding your address and the item was returned to Fetch. To resolve this, please contact our Support Team at support@fetch.com.
