Wrong item received
If the Fetch Merch item you received is not the same as what you redeemed, whether it be an incorrect size or an incorrect product, please reach out to our Support Team so they can assist you: Customer Support Contact Information
Item status is delivered, but you have not received it
Sometimes a carrier will mark an item as "Delivered" if the item was loaded onto the truck that will be delivering it, even if it has not yet been dropped off at your address. Please allow for a full 48 hours to pass from the time the order status changed to "Delivered", as your order is likely still on the way.
Item returned to sender
If you have not received the item after a few days of it saying it was delivered, it's possible the carrier may have had issues finding your address.
