Q: Why didn't I receive credit for purchasing a product from an eligible Unilever brand at my local supermarket?
A: These offers are only eligible at select retailers. Unilever products purchased from Supermarkets, Club Stores, Discount Stores, Drug Stores, and Convenience Retailers will not qualify for credit. You can view a list of eligible stores at this link: https://fetch.com/grocery-stores
Q: Would Walmart or Target be considered an eligible retailer?
A: Walmart and Target are considered supermarkets, or mass-market retailers, due to their wide variety of products that a grocery store would not sell. This means that Unilever products purchased from retailers such as these would not be credited towards the Unilever Stock up on Favorites offers. Do not worry, though, as there are many stores that are eligible!
Q: Why did I not receive credit when I purchased one of the eligible Unilever brands from my local grocery store that is on the list of qualifying stores?
A: If you purchased an eligible product from a qualifying store, it's possible the item was not read properly when you submitted the receipt. To receive credit for your purchase, you can make corrections in the app! For more information on this, please see this article: How to Recover My Points
Q: If I shop with an online service, such as Instacart, from a supported store, can I submit my eReceipt and earn credit towards these offers?
A: Yes! If you shop for groceries with a delivery service whose eReceipts we accept, you can connect the email address your eReceipts are sent to and still earn credit that way!
