Why Am I Not Getting Referral Points?
Having trouble with referral points? Here are a few reasons why they might not have been received.
You Previously Received Referral Points
If you've had a Fetch account for a while and attempt to use someone else's referral code, you won’t be eligible for points since you've likely already earned them when your account was created. However, you can still share your own referral code with new users to keep earning points!
The User You Referred Entered the Wrong Code
The user you referred may have accidentally entered a different referral code when signing up. Whether it was a minor typo or an entirely different code, points can only be awarded if your exact referral code was used.
The User You Referred Snapped a Receipt Before Entering the Code
Referral codes must be entered before snapping a receipt to qualify for points. If the user you referred snapped a receipt before entering the referral code, neither of you will receive points.
The User You Referred Has Not Snapped a Receipt Yet
If the user you referred entered the referral code but hasn’t snapped a receipt yet, points won’t be awarded to either of you until they do. Once they snap their first receipt, your points will be awarded automatically.
