Reauthenticating eReceipt Connections
To submit eReceipts, tap the orange camera icon in the bottom navigation bar, then tap the blue eReceipt button.
Eligible eReceipts must be submitted within 30 days of an order’s shipment date. You can only earn points once an order has been delivered or picked up.
Please note:
- Snapped pictures of digital receipts are not accepted.
- Forwarded email receipts are not accepted.

Having Trouble Scanning eReceipts?
If you see a message similar to:
“Your account has not scanned in X amount of days”
You may need to reauthenticate your eReceipt connection. This is a normal security measure designed to help protect your account.
How to Reauthenticate Your eReceipt Connection
- Open the Fetch app.
- Disconnect your connected eReceipt account(s) having the issue.
- Completely close the Fetch app.
- Reopen the app.
- Reconnect your eReceipt account(s) using the associated email addresses and passwords.
- Scan again to pick up any eligible eReceipts that were previously missed.
Additional Information
Some connections, such as Costco and Walmart, may require more frequent reauthentication as part of ongoing account security measures. This is expected behavior and may occur periodically.
Additionally, Costco eReceipts may take up to 24 hours after an order has been delivered or picked up before they become available for the eReceipt feature to recognize and scan.
