This article is only for users on Android devices who have never earned points from Fetch Play - Games before. If you've earned Fetch Play - Games points and are experiencing this issue, contact our Support Team at support@fetch.com.

Problem

No games are available in Fetch Play.

Solution

Only follow these steps if you've never earned points in Fetch Play - Games:

1. 1. On your Android device, open Settings and tap Google.
   2. Select Ads.
   3. Tap Reset Advertising ID and confirm the changes. Your advertising ID should populate with letters and numbers.
   4. Close the Fetch app, then reopen it and check your Catalog for games.

If games are still not appearing, or you've earned points in Fetch Play - Games before but games aren't appearing now, contact our Support Team at support@fetch.com.
