General Fetch Play Troubleshooting
If you’re having trouble locating your games or noticing that your points aren’t tracking, we’re here to help! Please go through the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue, even if you’ve already tried them.
Keep in mind that steps may vary slightly depending on your device, so they might not match your phone exactly.
Required Troubleshooting Steps
- Uninstall the Fetch app - Uninstalling and reinstalling the app will not cause you to lose your points or account progress.
- Reinstall the Fetch app - Visit the Google Play Store or Apple App Store to download the latest version of Fetch.
- Try Mobile Data - Switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data. Sometimes, certain Wi-Fi networks have security settings that can interfere with how games communicate with Fetch.
- Check for a VPN - If you use a VPN (Virtual Private Network) on your device, please ensure it is turned off. VPNs hide your connection details, which prevents Fetch Play from verifying your game progress and awarding points.
Still having issues?
If you've followed the steps above and still don't see your games, please keep the following in mind:
- Catalog Refresh: If your catalog appears empty, it may mean you've already checked out all the games currently available for your device. New games are added frequently, so check back in a few days!
- Permissions: Make sure you have "Allow Tracking" enabled on iOS or "Usage Access" enabled on Android for both Fetch and the games you are playing.
