I'm Having Trouble Connecting My Email/Amazon/Walmart Account to the eReceipt Feature

If you are still running into issues, let's try troubleshooting the problem based on your device!
For Android Devices:
Please note that at this time only Gmail email addresses are able to be connected to the eReceipt feature on Android devices.
Your Amazon and Walmart account can be connected to the eReceipt feature no matter what email address you use for it!
Quick tip: If you do not have the Amazon app downloaded to your device already, downloading the Amazon app and logging into it will help bypass authorization checks that could be causing problems when trying to connect it to the eReceipt feature. Please also ensure an email address is associated with your Amazon account, not just a phone number.
If you are still having trouble connecting your Email/Amazon/Walmart account, please follow the steps below to clear your Google Chrome browser cache:
- Open the Google Chrome app
- Tap the 3 dots
- Tap History and select Clear browsing data
- Select All time
- Next to "Cookies and site data" and "Cached images and files", check the boxes
- Tap Clear data
- Open Fetch and try connecting your Email/Amazon/Walmart account to the eReceipt feature
If connecting your Email/Amazon/Walmart account is still unsuccessful after attempting the troubleshooting steps, please continue trying to connect periodically over the next 24 hours.
For iOS Devices:
Please note that at this time only Gmail and Outlook email accounts are able to be connected to the eReceipt feature on iOS devices.

- Open Settings and tap Safari - you may need to scroll down to find it in Settings
- Tap Clear History and Website Data
- Open Fetch and try connecting your Email/Amazon/Walmart account to the eReceipt feature
If connecting your Email/Amazon/Walmart account is still unsuccessful after attempting the troubleshooting steps, please continue trying to connect periodically over the next 24 hours.
