Problems Connecting Your Accounts to Fetch eReceipts

With eReceipts, you can connect certain digital accounts to Fetch to earn points for online purchases. Learn how to connect your accounts here.

If you're having problems connecting your accounts to eReceipts, first make sure you're using the latest version of Fetch.

If the problem persists, clearing your device's browser cache may help. Here's how:

Android Devices

At this time, only Gmail accounts work with email-based eReceipts.

    1. Open the Google Chrome app
    2. Tap the 3 dots
    3. Tap History and select Clear browsing data
    4. Select All time
    5. Next to "Cookies and site data" and "Cached images and files", check the boxes
    6. Tap Clear data
    7. Open Fetch and try connecting your accounts to the eReceipt feature using the email address and password associated with them

iOS Devices

At this time, only Gmail and Outlooks accounts work with email-based eReceipts.

    1. Open Settings and tap Safari
    2. Tap Clear History and Website Data
    3. Open Fetch and try connecting your accounts to the eReceipt feature using the email address and password associated with them

If this doesn't resolve your issue, try connecting your accounts periodically over the next 24 hours.
