If your Fetch account is inactive for 90 consecutive days, your points will expire.
How do I keep my account active?
To keep your account active, snap a receipt, redeem a reward, earn points from Fetch Play, or use GoodRx at least once within 90 days.
Will I get notified before my points expire?
You’ll be notified via email and text before your points expire.
As long as you’re active on Fetch, you can maintain a point balance for as long as you’d like! Please reach out to support@fetch.com with questions or concerns about your points.
