Spin & Win
How Spin & Win Works
Spin & Win is a feature that may be available through select promotions or in-app experiences, such as Fetch Card offers or PointPass. Availability varies by account and promotion, and access is not guaranteed for all users.
If a Spin is available, you’ll be prompted in the app to spin the wheel. Any points you earn will appear in your Points activity on the Profile tab. Points awarded are based on the result of the spin.
Available Spins may appear:
- In the bottom-right corner of the Discover tab.
- On the related receipt or transaction.
- As an in-app prompt.
Spins remain available only while the associated promotion is active.
Limited-time opportunities
Spin & Win may be offered through promotions or other in-app experiences. These offers:
- Are time-limited.
- May not be available to all users.
- May end without notice.
If you completed an eligible activity tied to a limited-time offer and don’t see your Spin, contact Support for help.
Missing a Spin
Spins may be awarded through select Fetch Card promotions or PointPass tasks. If you qualify for a Spin, it should appear after the eligible activity is completed.
You can check for Spins:
- Next to your Fetch Card transaction.
- In your Points activity on the Profile tab.
If you believe you qualified for a Spin and it hasn’t appeared after 24 hours, contact Support.
Why don’t I have Spin & Win Available?
Spin & Win is not always available and may not appear for every account.
You may not see it if:
- There is no active promotion tied to your account.
- A Spin needed to be earned within a specific timeframe, and was not completed in time.
- The promotion has ended.
Because Spin & Win is tied to specific promotions, availability may differ between users.
