When Will I Get My Fetch Shop Points?

Fetch Shop points are awarded after an eligible purchase is made, the order has been processed and that order's return window has closed. The date when points are awarded is called the finalization date.

Typical finalization dates

• • Meal delivery/ride-share services: 1-3 days after order is completed
  • Travel and vacation retailers: Up to 45-60 days after trip is completed
  • Other retailers: Up to 90-120 days after date of purchase

What is the finalization date of my order?

An order's finalization date can be found within 3 days of making an eligible Fetch Shop purchase.

1. 1. Go to your Account tab
   2. Select Points activity
   3. The "Pending until..." date is when you can expect to receive points
