Missing Points From a Fetch Shop Purchase
Missing points from a purchase made through Fetch Shop? There could be a few reasons why:
Finalization date not yet passed
Points from Fetch Shop purchases are not added to your account immediately. The date at which points are awarded to your account, known as the finalization date, varies for most retailers.
If you made the purchase a few weeks ago, it's likely your finalization date hasn't passed yet and points are still on the way!

Excluded items purchased
Some items from certain retailers are excluded from earning points in Fetch Shop.
Select a retailer, then tap View excluded items to see conditions and excluded items before making a purchase.

Purchase not completed through Fetch Shop
You must start and complete your purchase through Fetch Shop to receive points. Your purchase might not be eligible if you:

- Started shopping outside of Fetch Shop and then entered the retailer's website through Fetch Shop to checkout
- Entered the retailer's website through Fetch Shop, but then navigated away to a different tab, before coming back to Fetch Shop to complete the purchase
- Shopped and purchased items in-store
Using an auto-ship or auto-renewal method
Recurring orders completed through auto-ship or auto-renewal methods do not qualify for Fetch Shop.
To earn points through Fetch Shop, make sure you start a new order each time directly through the Fetch Shop feature if you want to earn points on that purchase.
