Fewer Points Received From a Fetch Shop Purchase Than Expected

Did you receive fewer points than expected on a recent Fetch Shop order? There could be a few reasons why.

Changes to order

If an items is returned, exchanged or unable to be fulfilled by a retailer, this may impact the amount of points awarded.

Points awarded on subtotal

Fetch Shop does not count the total spent on the whole order. Only the subtotal of eligible Fetch Shop purchases before taxes, discounts and shipping and handling determines how many points you are awarded.

Excluded items purchased

Not all items from Fetch Shop retailers are eligible for points.

Retailers in Fetch Shop have a list of excluded items that won't award points. This list can be found by tapping on the retailer through Fetch Shop, then tapping View excluded items.

If you purchased a mix of items that were eligible for points, and items that weren't, this may be why your points awarded don't match the total amount spent.
