What is PointPass?
PointPass is a new way to earn bonus Fetch Points just by doing the things you already enjoy in the app, like snapping receipts, using Fetch Shop or Fetch Play, redeeming offers, and engaging with Fetch daily.
Your PointPass includes personalized challenges based on how you use the app. Keep an eye out for new challenges that appear for you!
To check your progress:
Go to your Profile tab
View how many points you’ve earned
Tap Explore the Pass to see available challenges and rewards you’ve unlocked so far
Why Do I Not See PointPass?
PointPass is a newer feature and is currently available to a limited group of users. We’re always testing and improving ways to make Fetch more rewarding, so PointPass may appear for you in a future update.
In the meantime, keep snapping receipts, redeeming offers, and playing games; you never know what surprises may come your way!
Why Do I Have Different Quests Than My Friends?
PointPass challenges are personalized! Because each user interacts with Fetch differently, the quests you see may not match those of your friends. Check your own PointPass to see the tasks and rewards available to you.
