Supported iOS Versions

To receive the latest Fetch app updates, your device must run iOS 18 or later. The following devices can support iOS 18:

• iPhone XR, iPhone XS, and newer models
• iPad 7th generation and newer models

How do I check my iOS version?

1. Open your device’s Settings.
2. Tap General.
3. Select About.
4. Find iOS Version.

To check for an available update, go to Settings > General > Software Update.

What if my device cannot update?

You can continue using the version of Fetch currently installed on your device, but you will no longer receive new app updates. This means some new features, improvements, or fixes may not be available.

For the best Fetch experience, we recommend using a device that supports iOS 18 or later.

Devices that do not support iOS 18

The following devices cannot update to iOS 18 and will no longer receive the latest Fetch app updates:

• iPhone 8
• iPhone 8 Plus
• iPhone X
• iPad 5th generation
• iPad 6th generation
• iPad Pro 9.7-inch
• iPad Pro 10.5-inch
• iPad Pro 12.9-inch, 1st generation
• iPad Pro 12.9-inch, 2nd generation
