iOS Public Beta Program

If you’ve been invited, you can join Fetch’s iOS Public Beta program to get early access to new updates and share your feedback to help us improve the app! Please note that the Beta program isn’t open for requests; enrollment is by invitation only.

Steps to Join the Public Beta

1. Install TestFlight via the App Store.
2. Accept the invitation to test Fetch.
3. Install the Fetch public beta app.

Once installed, you’ll automatically get early access to new versions of the Fetch app before they are publicly released.

Steps to Leave the Public Beta

1. Open the TestFlight app.
2. Tap on Fetch from the list of apps.
3. Scroll down and tap "Stop Testing."
4. Confirm when prompted.
5. Redownload Fetch from the App Store. 

How to Provide Feedback 

1. Open the TestFlight app.
2. Tap the Fetch app from the list.
3. Tap Send Beta Feedback.
4. Choose whether to include a screenshot (optional).
5. Use the text box to describe your experience with the app.
6. Include any steps to reproduce the issue, if possible.
7. Tap Submit to send your feedback to the developers.
