I Signed Into Fetch and My Points Are Gone

If you logged into your Fetch account and are missing points, there’s a chance that you’ve signed in to a different account. 

Please log out and try logging in again to your primary Fetch account using the correct phone number or SSO. 

To log out:

  1. Tap the Profile tab, located at the bottom-right corner of your screen.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Select Log out.
