Why Was My Account Suspended?
While millions of shoppers use Fetch as intended, some have more devious intentions and attempt to fraudulently obtain points. This bums us out.
When our system detects fraudulent behavior, it can lead to account suspensions.
This behavior includes:
- Submitting fake or altered receipts
- Changing non-partner items to partner items
- Using multiple accounts on one device
- Creating fake accounts for referral bonuses
