Are your login credentials correct, and still not working?
Try deleting the Fetch app from your device. Then reinstall Fetch and try logging in again. This will not delete your account, or cause you to lose your points or rewards.

In the message, include your email address and phone number associated with your account and screenshots of any error messages that appear at login.
