How to Delete Your Fetch Account

We appreciate you giving Fetch a try! Before requesting account deletion, please take note of the key differences between deactivating and deleting your account:

Deactivating your account is temporary.
Your receipts and reward information will remain available if you choose to reactivate your account in the future. While deactivated, you will not be able to snap receipts, earn points or redeem rewards. 

Deleting your account is permanent and irreversible.
All of your account data, including points, receipts, and reward information, will be permanently deleted. If you delete your account, you won’t be able to use Fetch or create a new account in the future.

To delete your Fetch account, fill out this form: Account Deletion

Alternatively, you can access this form in the Fetch app:

1. Open Fetch and go to the Profile tab, located at the bottom-right corner of your screen.
2. Select Help Center. You may need to tap the Settings icon in the top left to see this! 
3. Tap Deactivate or delete account.
4. Fill out and submit the form.

Please note: Deleting your account will cause you to permanently lose your remaining Fetch points. Once deleted, points can't be recovered.
