I signed into my account and all my points are missing... what happened?
If you log into your account and see that all your points are missing, please log out and try signing in with another email address. It can be easy to forget which email address is used with each application.
To log out of your account, please use the following instructions:
- Tap on the "Me" tab.
- Tap the "Settings" option.
- Select "Log Out".
If there are no other email addresses that could have been used, please contact our Support Team at the email address, support@fetch.com.
