Why was my account suspended?
Unfortunately, if you can believe it, there are individuals that try to fraudulently obtain points using many different methods. In order to provide the maximum amount of points and savings to our wonderful Fetch users, we put systems in place to detect fraudulent behavior.
Below, are common reasons for account suspensions:
- Changing non-partner items to partner items
- Having multiple accounts on one device
- Creating fake accounts to receive referral bonuses
- Submitting fake or altered receipts
