Account Login Issues
If you are having issues logging into your account, the first thing to be sure of is that you are logging in with the proper method you used to sign-up, whether that was with your email address, Google account, Facebook account, etc. If you forgot your password, you can reset it! To do so, please see this Help Center article for more information: How do I change the password on my account?
If the login credentials you are entering are accurate and you are still unable to log in, you can try deleting the Fetch app from your device and then re-downloading it. This will not delete your account, but it will make sure your app is updated to the latest version!
