Fetch is for users aged 13 and up
According to age verification laws in your region, we are required to confirm your age for eligibility.
If your device prompts you for your age, please share it with Fetch to continue using the app.
If your device is reporting an age range below our minimum requirement of 13, you will be unable to use the app at this time, in accordance with our Terms of Service.
Think your age is incorrect?
If your age is misconfigured on your device, you can update your age information in your device settings, then return to Fetch and try again.
iOS
Go to:
Settings → Apple Account → Personal Information → Age Range for Apps

Android
You can review or update your age range in your Google Account.
If your age has not yet been set up on your device, you’ll need to verify it before you can continue.

Important privacy note
Please do NOT share any personal identification, such as photos of your ID or credit card information, with Fetch Support.
Age verification settings are handled entirely by your device’s own configuration and requirements. We will NEVER ask you to send sensitive personal documents to resolve age-related settings.
